Experience, Training, and Education:
My work as co-founder of Thrive focuses on designing, planning and executing experiences in the community and in workplaces as well as tending to the operational side of the organization. Prior to diving into Thrive full-time, I served as a management consultant at Cobalt Group in Cleveland, with a focus on organization development, strategic planning, and leadership development for non-profit organizations and civic groups. I hold a Master’s of Social Science Administration (M.S.W.) and a Master’s of Science in Positive Organization Development from Case Western Reserve University, and a B.A. in International Relations from Carleton College. I’m completing a year-long certificate in Positive Psychology led by Dr. Tal Ben Shahar. I’m certified as a yoga instructor and serve as a Trustee at The Temple Tifereth-Israel.
